Choose Your Wood
Padauk: a vivid red that darkens over time to a deep reddish-brown.
Zebrawood: bold stripes. The finish seals its open pores and the cork inlay takes the drips.
Wenge: dark, dramatic grain.
Bolivian rosewood: rich brown grain, the same wood as our wall rack.
Canarywood: golden and brown grain.
Leopardwood: warm brown, figured wood.
Genuine American chestnut: a rare wood. Blight nearly wiped out the species in the early 1900s.
Coaster Questions
Do wood coasters protect a wood table?
Yes. The cork inlay catches condensation from your glass, and the Osmo oil finish seals the wood of the coaster itself.
Is the stand in the photos included?
No. Each set is four coasters. The stand isn't included.
How fast will my coasters ship?
Shipping is free within the US. In-stock sets ship 1–3 days after you order. Made-to-order sets ship 1–3 days after they're finished.
Can I return them?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price. You pay return shipping unless the set arrives damaged or defective.
Is your chestnut reclaimed?
No. It's genuine American chestnut, not reclaimed wood.
How do I care for them?
The Osmo finish can be refreshed at home: wipe a thin coat on, then wipe the excess off. Our wood care guide covers cleaning and water rings.
Can I order a different wood or size?
Yes. We make coaster sets to order through private commissions. Tell us what you'd like.
