A set of four coasters cut from genuine American chestnut, each fitted with a round cork inlay. Once one of the most common trees in eastern North America, American chestnut was nearly wiped out by blight in the early 1900s, which makes the wood rare today. Its light, open grain is finished with Osmo oils to bring out the figure and protect the surface. Handmade in Tampa Bay.
Set of 4 coasters (stand not included). Each coaster is 4” x 4” x 3/8” thick with a 3.5” cork inlay.
